Delivery

We offer standard delivery which can take between 3-5 working days (Monday – Friday). We do not deliver on weekends.

We use our own van drivers for 90% of our deliveries to make sure the items arrive to you safely. Where you are out of our delivery areas, or we cannot get the item to you on our own van, a third party courier will be used. if a third party courier is used we cannot guarantee that delivery will be within 3-5 working days.

Some of our items are non stocked and will be ordered in especially once ordered. Please allow 7-10 working days for these items to arrive. If you want to know if an item is stocked or non-stocked, please check the product description.

We allow back orders on out of stock items. Lead times may vary for out of stock items so we will send out the items that are in stock and deliver the remaining items when they are back in stock at no additional delivery cost. If you have still not recieved an item from you order and no longer need this, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try our best to cancel this for you. If the item has already been despatched we cannot cancel this so please send a returns request.

Returns

Returns are subject to prior approval. Any items sent back to us without approval will not be refunded.

To request a return, please fill out the below form or call our customer care team on 01234 324530. Once your return has been approved, a collection will be arranged. You may be responsible to cover the cost of the return, this will be highlighted if/when your request is approved.

Returns are subject to the below criteria

• Whether the item is in an opened but resealable and resellable condition
• If the item is a specially ordered in item and not stocked
• If it is a chemical – these are non-returnable
• If it is a patient lifting sling – these are non-returnable, please check sizing against the measuring guide on the product before ordering or contact us for help with sizing
• If it is a bespoke item, or the order cannot be cancelled if this item is already in production for you – these are non-returnable

If the item is returned to us and is found to be used, opened and not resealable, or not part of the approved return, a refund will not be given.

If approved, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We advise that you read all descriptions and check sizing of the item you are ordering before placing an order to make sure this is the correct item you are needing.

If an item has been sent incorrectly, is not as described, or short delivered, we will rectify this mistake and will accept a return at no cost and send out the correct item. Before opening an item, we ask that you check the description and any sizing on the packaging to make sure this is the correct item.
